Privacy notice

This notice explains which of your personal data we process on norytestudios.com, for what purpose and for how long, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You do not need an account or any personal information to browse this site.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, may be used to count visits; it stores no identifier that identifies you. The trailer does not load until you press play, and when it does it plays through YouTube's cookie-free domain (youtube-nocookie.com).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Only the infrastructure providers we work with to run the service can access it:
- Hosting and form infrastructure: Netlify (United States)
- Newsletter delivery and email: Google Workspace (Google)
- Visit analytics: Cloudflare (cookie-free)
Because some of these providers are located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is made with safeguards compliant with KVKK art. 9 and the GDPR's international transfer rules.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter email address: for as long as the subscription lasts. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the mailing list.
- Consent and opt-out records: 3 years from the end of consent, as required by law.
- Email correspondence: 2 years from the last message.
- Server logs: for as long as the hosting provider retains them, typically a few weeks.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you may request the following:
- Learn whether your data is processed and, if so, request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Learn which third parties your data has been transferred to
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction of your data
- Request that corrections and erasures be communicated to the parties the data was transferred to
- Object to a result produced against you by automated processing
- Claim compensation if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing
- Withdraw your consent at any time (for the newsletter, simply reply to any newsletter email with "unsubscribe")
If you live in the European Union you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
How to reach us
Your request contact@norytestudios.com , telling us who you are and what you are asking for. We answer your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Children
The newsletter is not intended for anyone under 13. If we notice such a sign-up, we delete the address.
Changes
When we update this notice we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell our newsletter subscribers.
